1 Complaint in case of damage to the product in transit:

  • time for complaints is 14 days
  • please send a photo of the damaged product to the e-mail address: info@shop.cerraf.pl (please include your order number in the title)
  • Upon receipt of the application, we will send the same product at our own expense within 14 days. In case the product is not available we will refund the money

2 Claiming a defective product:

  • complaint time is 14 days
  • Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address: info@shop.cerraf.pl or by phone at 663753002. After contacting us, we will provide further instructions.
  • After successful consideration, we will send the product free of defects. In case the product is not available we will refund the money
